Couples Counseling for Holistic Healing and Relationship Growth.

Is Your Relationship in Need of Better Communication Skills? Healing and Repair? Intimacy and Connection?

Relationships! They can be so hard, and they also can be our greatest teachers. They show us where our personal growth work is and where we still need healing.

If you’re feeling disconnected, stuck in patterns, or struggling to communicate, you’re not alone! Many people’s “stuff” shows up in our primary relationships. Conscious, intentional partnerships can become powerful spaces for healing, growth, and deeper connection, but we have to learn the tools to create healthy relationships, and each person has to be willing to stop blaming the other and put in the hard work. My husband and I also have done a lot of this relationship work. It’s challenging, but worth it!

Healthy relationship skills are not something most of us have learned. We have to seek them out.

The key to a thriving relationship is having the tools to navigate challenges and conflicts together from a place of partnership, expressing curiosity and care, taking personal responsibility, regulating ourselves, communicating effectively, and learning to give and receive love in ways that support and help you grow and thrive.

In our work, you’ll learn how to:

  • Communicate with clarity and understanding

  • Break unhealthy patterns and cycles

  • Rebuild trust and emotional safety

  • Identify Relationship Strengths

  • Deepen intimacy and connection

  • Support each other’s individual and shared growth

A Safe Space for Honest, Open Conversations

In your sessions, you’ll have space to talk about whatever feels important.

I will guide the process with deep listening, compassion, and presence, helping both partners feel heard, understood, and acknowledged.

Together, we will:

  • Explore what’s happening in your relationship

  • Identify triggers and learn how to manage and heal them

  • Learn practical tools for communication and navigating conflict

  • Build a stronger, more connected foundation based on your strengths.

“My husband and I have been clients of Laura for marriage and 1:1 counseling. I just can't say enough good things about Laura. She is incredibly compassionate, a wonderful listener, insightful, intelligent, and accepting. I feel like I can talk about literally anything with her and not feel judged. It is a very safe and loving environment she creates. Working with Laura saved our marriage.” -Erin
