Hi, I’m Laura Rain, and I’ve been helping people heal since 2005.

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. If you're in need of deeper healing or ready for personal growth, you're in the right place. Traditional therapy has its place and can be very valuable, but what I offer is a different kind of counseling experience: a holistic mind-body-spirit approach that blends mindfulness-based, somatic, energetic, and intuitive therapies together, allowing clients to do more than just understand their issues or problems; it helps them integrate that cognitive understanding into their energy and into their bodies, which leads to healing.

Healing is on all levels: physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.

Healing requires more than just understanding cognitively. It requires an integrative nervous system reset and working with the parts of ourselves that are stuck in the trauma or stress response. My work begins where traditional therapy ends. This is why so many of my clients experience major shifts very quickly.

To experience wholeness does not mean we are perfect. There is no finish line on a healing journey. Once we step on the path, we are constantly growing and evolving, and gathering tools to assist us along the way.

What to Know about Working with Me.

I serve a unique niche within the counseling space.

Typically, there are two approaches available to people seeking counseling; traditional mental health counseling or Christian counseling. The people I serve are looking for something different from either one of these things.

Holistic Spiritual Counseling is a Mind-Body-Spirit Approach.

People often come to me because they feel they need something more; a mentor or a guide who understands and supports the holistic approach to healing.

I am an ordained minister. My ordainment is non-denominational and interfaith, which means I am not affiliated with a religion and can work with anyone, regardless of their beliefs. I am not a licensed mental health professional and do not offer mental health services.

My work is spiritual, not religious, and is inclusive to people from all walks of life.
